There's a new site created by a parent that helps explain how to stay safe on the internet.  It covers everything from iPad Safety, to Google, to Instagram, to YouTube.

Find My iPhone/iPad

It may be the most important app on the iPad, but you have to install and activate it!

It's the Find My iPhone app.

Besides creating a lock screen that has the student's name and some sort of contact number (for privacy's sake, the school's would be fine), the Find My iPhone app (which works on the iPad as well) is the most important line of defense if the iPad is lost or stolen.

Remember: the iPad will only be found if it is on a WiFi system.
